All of our feelings are our allies. They are there to bring awareness to the parts of ourselves we need to acknowledge and figure out why they are there to release resistance if needed.

Triggers, discomfort, anxiety, unease, fear based emotions, etc. are your friends because they let you know where there is resistance. And where there is resistance there is blocked energy. And where there is blocked energy there are blocked blessings.
